SWEDEN TOUR
Members of SoJo Choral Arts attended a 10-day residency to work with world-renowned composer, John Rutter this summer, performing his Requiem and Magnificat. Our distinguished bass, Paul Tharp, was selected to perform with three premier visiting choirs in Stockholm, including Mozart works: Mass in C, "Coronation", and Vivaldi's Gloria. We look forward to a London residency in June 2027.

RESONANCE SHINES AT WASATCH CHORAL SUMMIT
Resonance Shines at Wasatch Choral Summit Resonance participated in the Wasatch Choral Summit on May 9, joining other community choirs from across the Wasatch Front for an afternoon of performance, learning, and collaboration. The ensemble presented several selections and had the opportunity to perform for and receive instruction from Ryan Murphy. Murphy worked with Resonance members on vocal technique, musicianship, and ensemble sound, providing valuable insights that will strengthen the group's future performances. Now in its second year, the Wasatch Choral Summit brings together local choirs to share music and learn from respected leaders in the choral community. SoJo Choral Arts has played a key role in launching and developing the event in partnership with the Saltaires. The experience was both educational and inspiring for Resonance members, who returned energized and eager to apply what they learned. |
